2026 Manifestos for Carers
The 2026 Senedd election provides a vital opportunity to make life better for the hundreds of thousands of unpaid carers across Wales, whose work props up our health and social care system and helps hundreds of thousands of people live happier, more independent lives.
Wales Carers Alliance members have released manifestos for the upcoming election and period thereafter, outlining how the next Welsh Government must take action to improve carers’ experiences.
We look forward to engaging with decision makers across Wales over the course of the next Senedd to make life better for unpaid carers.
Mae etholiad Senedd 2026 yn gyfle hanfodol i wneud bywyd yn well i’r cannoedd o filoedd o ofalwyr di-dâl ledled Cymru, y mae eu gwaith yn cynnal ein system iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol ac yn helpu cannoedd o filoedd o bobl i fyw bywydau hapusach a mwy annibynnol.
Mae aelodau Cynghrair Gofalwyr Cymru wedi cyhoeddi maniffesto ar gyfer yr etholiad sydd i ddod a’r cyfnod wedi hynny, gan amlinellu sut y mae’n rhaid i Lywodraeth nesaf Cymru gymryd camau i wella profiadau gofalwyr.
